As a key member of our pre-construction and estimating team, the Demolition Estimator will play a critical role in securing new work and shaping commercially robust, technically accurate tenders. The successful candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and the confidence to engage with clients and internal teams at all stages of the bidding process.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Demolition Estimator
- Strong technical understanding of demolition processes, plant and equipment
- Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to represent HCD professionally
- Ability to manage multiple tenders concurrently and work to deadlines under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recognised estimating software
- Full UK driving licence
