With over 40 years of experience, he oversees both the commercial and operational management of multiple contracts, guiding projects from procurement and tendering through to final account.

He conducts regular site visits and works closely with the Commercial Director, design teams, and clients to ensure programmes, safety plans, quality documentation, and technical drawings are fully coordinated. Dave manages the planning and sequencing of works, supports site staff and direct labour, and ensures all operations meet the highest standards of safety and quality. His meticulous approach continues to reinforce the company’s reputation for delivering reliable, compliant, and client-focused demolition solutions.
