HCD Ltd is delighted to announce that we have been awarded a place on Pagabo’s new Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Framework, marking another significant milestone in the continued growth of the business.
The appointment provides HCD Ltd with an important route to support public sector clients with the delivery of specialist demolition, deconstruction and associated enabling works across the UK.
Securing a position on the framework reflects our proven capability to deliver complex, technically challenging and safety-critical demolition projects, supported by an experienced management team, highly skilled workforce and an extensive fleet of specialist demolition plant and equipment.
Our successful appointment also builds upon a strong period for HCD Ltd, which has seen the business deliver major demolition and decommissioning projects, while continuing to invest significantly in new plant, specialist attachments and technology.
“The launch of the National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026 marks an important step in providing public sector organisations with access to a broad range of specialist expertise and delivery capability. The range of suppliers appointed have been rewarded based on evidence of their ability to collaboratively deliver high-quality infrastructure, civil engineering and enabling works projects across the UK. Through the procurement support that Pagabo provides, and the ambition proven by the appointed suppliers, the infrastructure sector is in safe hands.” David Llewellyn, Construction and Infrastructure Director, Pagabo
Specialist Demolition Capability
HCD Ltd has extensive experience in managing demolition projects from initial planning and enabling works through to structural demolition, high-reach operations, heavy industrial dismantling, processing, recycling and final site clearance. Our directly employed demolition teams are supported by our substantial in-house plant fleet, providing the resources and flexibility required to successfully undertake projects of significant scale and complexity.
Recent investment in specialist demolition equipment and attachments has further strengthened this capability, enabling HCD Ltd to maintain greater control over safety, programme, productivity and environmental performance while reducing reliance on external resources.
HCD Ltd Managing Director, Ian Musto, commented:
“We are extremely pleased to have secured a place on the demolition lots of Pagabo’s new Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Framework. This appointment represents an important opportunity for HCD Ltd and recognises the experience, technical capability and specialist resources we have developed within the demolition sector. We look forward to working with Pagabo and its clients, bringing our collaborative approach and extensive demolition experience to future projects across the UK.”
